Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms By installing and using SEO Helper by D4 ("the Add-on"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Add-on.

2. Description of Service SEO Helper by D4 is a Google Sheets add-on that provides SEO analysis and content creation tools using Google Gemini API and Anthropic Claude API.

3. API Keys and Data

• You are responsible for providing your own Gemini API and Claude API keys

• Your API keys are stored securely in Google Apps Script Properties and are never shared with third parties

• The Add-on processes data within your Google Sheets only

• No personal data is collected or stored by the developer

4. Third-Party Services The Add-on uses:

• Google Gemini API (subject to Google's Terms of Service)

• Anthropic Claude API (subject to Anthropic's Terms of Service)

• You are responsible for complying with the terms of these services

5. Limitations

• The Add-on is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

• The developer is not responsible for any data loss or inaccurate results

• API usage costs are your responsibility

6. Changes The developer reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
